Easy and Convenient

Bank Transfer

You can transfer cash from your bank account to CoolMarket without the hassle of standing in a bank line. Here’s what you need to do:

Browse thousands of products on CoolMarket including appliances, furniture, groceries, electronics, television and lots more.
Add your desired products to your shopping cart, and click “Go to Checkout.”
If you already have a CoolMarket account, log in. If not, sign up for an account here.
Enter your shipping and billing address.
Click “Next” then select bank transfer as your payment option.
Click “Place Order”.
You’ll receive a confirmation email. In the email, you’ll find our banking information to complete the transfer.

Once you’ve completed the transfer, send us the details at info@coolmarket.com or call us at 876-618-4553. We usually respond within 2 standard business hours, Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

CPay

CPay is the quick and easy way for you to pay for your purchases without the use of cash or a credit card. Here’s how it works:

Open a CPay account here and then follow these instructions to add funds.
Browse CoolMarket for items that you wish to purchase.
Add products to your shopping cart and click “Go to Checkout.”
If you already have a CoolMarket account, log in. If not, sign up for an account here.
Enter your shipping and billing address.
Click “Next” then select CPay as your payment option.
Click “Place Order”.
The total of your order will be deducted from your CPay account, and you’ll receive your order within 2 business days!

Cool Financing

Cool Financing is the best financing solution to pay for your purchases when you are low on funds or if you’re in between your pay cycle. You can also get up to 18 months to repay. But here’s the cool part, you get to choose how you pay back. The options are weekly, monthly or fortnightly. Here’s how you apply:

Browse our site for products you want to purchase.
Add desired products to your shopping cart and click “Go to Checkout.”
If you already have a CoolMarket account, log in. If not, sign up for an account here.
Enter your shipping and billing address.
Click “Next” then select Cool Financing as your payment option.
Click “Place Order”
You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the information we need to process your loan. Follow the instructions provided.
Once approved your order will be delivered to your door within 2 business days.

Credit & Visa Debit Card

Globally, this is the most common form of online payment and one of the easiest. All that’s needed is your card number, billing address, and CVV number. Let’s show you how easy it is to pay with your credit or visa debit card:

Browse CoolMarket for products that you wish to purchase.
Add products to your shopping cart and click “Go to Checkout.”
If you already have a CoolMarket account, log in. If not, sign up for an account here.
Enter your shipping and billing address.
Click “Next” then select Credit Card as your payment option.
Enter your name as it appears on your card, card number, and CVV.
Click “Make Payment”.
An email will be sent with your order confirmation for your records.
